SXSW will charge a $100 processing fee for reservation changes (including cancellations) that shorten the length of stay when changed within 28 days of arrival.

A $25/per room non-refundable housing service fee will be charged at the time of booking.

Hotel Reservations Policy:

Valid credit card required to guarantee reservation. (If the credit card on file will expire prior to the check-in date, guest is responsible for updating payment information.)
- If the credit card on file does not belong to the guest occupying the room, a method of pre-payment needs to be arranged directly with the hotel within 7 days prior to arrival.
A three (3) night minimum stay required for check in date of March 14, 15, 16, and 17 arrivals.
Minimum Length of Stay – Guests who stay fewer nights than the required minimum will be charged for the minimum stay.
Early Departure Fee – An early departure fee of $250 will be charged by the hotel if the reservation is reduced in length of stay after check-in.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policies:

The hotel will charge a deposit equal to first and last night’s room and tax in late February or early March for room reservations. If the credit card used to guarantee the room is different from the card to be used for the deposit, please provide the new number to SXSW Housing prior to February 12, otherwise we cannot guarantee the hotel will charge the new card number.
